The initial order of 4,000 pairs of socks from our French distributor has been produced and is ready for shipment.
We recall our first video conference three months ago, where our French partner repeatedly emphasized: "French consumers don't just need simple footwear; they need fashionable accessories that can be integrated into their everyday outfits, and durable items that can withstand repeated washing." This dual demand for quality and design perfectly aligns with CMAX's brand philosophy. To precisely match the preferences of the French market, we specifically adjusted the product formula—using a blend of 60D high-density ultra-fine nylon and organic cotton. This retains the drape and sheen required for French lace while enhancing breathability and skin-friendliness through a special spinning process, perfectly meeting the French consumer's need for a balance between visual appeal and wearing comfort.

In terms of design details, we deeply resonate with the retro trend in the French market. Targeting Parisian women's preferred commuting and social occasions, the short socks feature 1.8cm wide wavy lace trim paired with openwork crochet, recreating the elegant silhouette of French court style. For outdoor enthusiasts in cities like Lyon and Marseille, the knee-high socks feature enhanced arch support and a segmented elastic cuff design. Tested to retain over 85% elasticity after three stretches, they ensure a snug fit even after extended walking. All color options are based on market data; the classic black, accounting for 42% of the market, reflects the 44.7% preference for black socks in the European and American markets, while the newly added burgundy red and cream white colorways offer French consumers more styling possibilities.
Quality control remains the cornerstone of CMAX's trust with its partners. These 4,000 pairs of socks underwent 32 comprehensive tests: the fabric passed the EU REACH regulations for 24 carcinogenic dyes, and formaldehyde content was controlled below 25mg/kg, far below the EU standard of 75mg/kg for adult socks; the colorfastness to rubbing reached level 4 in dry rubbing and level 3.5 in wet rubbing, ensuring no staining issues even when worn with dark jeans; the toe seams used a seamless process, remaining intact after 10,000 Martindale abrasion tests. Each pair of socks was individually inspected by hand before leaving the factory, with even the slightest curl at the toe considered a unique mark of handcrafted quality. This acceptance of "imperfect beauty" aligns perfectly with the aesthetic consensus of European consumers.
From the initial sample delivery and material adjustments to weekly progress updates during production, and now to the finished products ready for shipment, CMAX and its French partners have maintained transparent and efficient communication. We understand that in the mature European sock market, only by integrating design adaptability, quality stability, and cooperative integrity can long-term trust be earned. The departure of these 4,000 pairs of socks not only fulfills the promise made in our initial collaboration but also marks the beginning of CMAX's establishment in the European market. We will subsequently launch a series of products incorporating environmentally friendly recycled fibers based on feedback from French consumers, responding to Europe's growing demand for sustainable consumption.
At this moment, the trucks carrying the expectations of both parties have departed the factory. It is expected that these socks will appear in French brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce platforms in 15 days. CMAX looks forward to the comfortable experience of every French consumer wearing them and, more importantly, to working hand in hand with our French partners to write a chapter of craftsmanship and fashion in the European sock market, which is experiencing an 8.2% annual growth rate.
